Aquele que dosa o que pratica com amor, torna o que faz aceitável a todos com quem se relaciona. Quem não tem prazer no que realiza, certamente deixará, no que faz, as marcas da insatisfação íntima e tornará o produto de sua ação, dolorido e pouco receptivo. Sem amor, o trabalho se transforma em sujeição, o suor em sangue e o sorriso em lágrimas, sendo o resultado final, não uma colheita e sim um fardo. Sem amor o patrão será senhor, o obreiro será servo. Pelo contrário, balsamizado pelo amor, o trabalho será prazer, o seu resultado final se transformará em alegre ceifa. O patrão será amigo, o obreiro será o fraterno auxiliar, o suor será um bálsamo e as lágrimas serão, sempre, a denúncia da alegria. Coloca, pois, o amor em tudo o que fazes e receberás a compensação de completa satisfação íntima.

The person that doses what practices with love, turns what does acceptable to all with whom relate. Who doesn't have pleasure in what accomplishes, certainly will leave, in what does, the marks of the intimate dissatisfaction and it will turn the product of your action, aching and little receptive. Without love, the work becomes subjection, the perspiration in blood and the smile in tears, being the final result, not a crop and yes a bale. Without love the boss will be the lord, the worker will be servant. On the contrary, favored for the love, the work will be pleasure, its final result will become cheerful harvest. The boss will be friend, the worker will be the fraternal auxiliary, the perspiration will be a balm and the tears will be, always, the accusation of the happiness. Put, therefore, the love in everything that you do and you will receive the compensation of complete intimate satisfaction.
